This hands-on dessert course celebrates the rich pastry heritage of Campania, where each recipe tells a story of family traditions passed down through generations. During your culinary journey, you'll master the art of creating two traditional desserts chosen from our seasonal collection.

Classic Desserts Available Year-Round:

  • Tiramisù – The beloved Italian classic with its perfect balance of coffee, mascarpone, and cocoa
  • Pastiera – Traditional Neapolitan wheat cake with ricotta, candied fruits, and orange blossom
  • Caprese – Available in two versions: rich chocolate or refreshing lemon, both flourless and naturally gluten-free
  • Delizia al Limone – Sorrento's signature lemon dessert with sponge cake, lemon curd, and limoncello

Seasonal Specialties:

  • Christmas Season: Struffoli (honey-coated fried dough balls), Susamielli (spiced S-shaped cookies), and Roccocò (traditional ring-shaped biscuits)
  • Easter: Traditional Pastiera Napoletana with its symbolic meanings and ancient rituals
  • Summer: Fresh Caprese variations and Crostata al Limone with seasonal Sorrento lemons

Our approach combines authentic techniques with practical tips, ensuring that dishes requiring longer baking times are perfectly timed. Lucia prepares some components in advance while teaching you the complete process, so you understand every step from start to finish.

The experience culminates in a delightful tasting session where you'll savor both desserts you've created, accompanied by limoncello, regional wines, and other carefully selected beverages that perfectly complement each sweet creation.
