During this hands-on cooking course, you'll be guided through the preparation of traditional Southern Italian pasta dishes. The star recipes include:

  • Ravioli Caprese – soft pillows of pasta filled with fresh ricotta and herbs
  • Gnocchi alla Sorrentina – hand-rolled potato gnocchi baked in rich tomato sauce with mozzarella
  • Seasonal variations like Ravioli con Zucca (pumpkin), Spaghettoni alla Nerano (zucchini and cheese), and Gnocchi Vongole e Basilico (with clams and basil)
  • Vegetarian delights such as Parmigiana di Melanzane
  • Traditional soups like Minestrone and Minestra Maritata may also be featured, depending on the season

The experience is made even more special with regional wines, prosecco, and Mamy Lucia's own homemade limoncello — all served in a cozy, family-style setting at Villa Lorelei.
